Yume Murphy

Yume Murphy currently serves as the Digital Marketing & Communications Manager at Pioneer Works since August 2024, following experience as the Senior Coordinator for Digital Media and Communications at the Studio Museum in Harlem from August 2021 to July 2024, where Yume also held the role of Digital Media and Communications Associate. Previous positions include a Communications Intern at the Studio Museum in Harlem, an Account Associate at Olu & Company, and a Research Assistant in the Philosophy Department at Vassar College, where Yume also managed the Vassar Fund Phonathon. Additional experience includes hosting the radio program Speaking in Tongues at WVKR 91.3 FM and completing an internship with World Information Transfer. Yume holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies with a minor in Film Studies from Vassar College and has been involved in various educational programs, including studies at the School for Poetic Computation, Goldsmiths, University of London, and The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
