Gisela Montes

Gisela Montes is a seasoned professional in government relations and public sector innovation, currently serving as the GovTech Community Lead at Glass | Government Ecosystems since April 2022. Montes is responsible for fostering business growth through community engagement, developing educational content, and bridging communication between the company and external stakeholders. Additionally, Gisela leads digital transformation education initiatives through Gov&Tech and has held multiple roles within the Buenos Aires City Government since July 2016, including legal advisory positions. Gisela co-founded Código iM, a female-led business focused on public management and innovation. With experience as an analyst at IALAB, a paralegal at Bomchil, and a contract paralegal in various firms, Gisela holds advanced degrees in Administrative Law and Digital Transformation from prestigious institutions in Buenos Aires.
