Nikolai Rebelo

Nikolai Rebelo is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and business law. Currently serving as a Law/Summer Student and Legal Assistant at Pitblado Law since June 2023, responsibilities include providing administrative support to legal teams. Previously, as Of Counsel at Norte Rebelo Advogados Associados since January 2022, Nikolai has advised domestic and international clients in business transactions and government contracts. Past roles include Senior Associate Lawyer at Lefosse Advogados, where expertise was applied in corporate law and contracts, and Lawyer at Silveiro Advogados, focusing on business law and negotiations.
