Charles Tauber

Charles Tauber is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in alternative asset management and restructuring. Currently serving as a Partner at PJT Partners since September 2021, Charles previously held the position of Managing Director and Head of Restructuring at Anchorage Capital Group from March 2009 to September 2020. Additional roles include Principal at Silver Point Capital and Director and Senior Analyst at Citigroup's Distressed Debt Desk. Charles started a career at Citigroup in the Workout and Restructuring Group, advancing from Vice President to Director. A Fulbright Scholar from 1993 to 1994, Charles holds a Master of International Affairs and International Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS, graduating with Distinction, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from Connecticut College.
