Keely Hamlin

Keely Hamlin is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at PJT Partners since November 2020, Keely previously held the positions of Vice President and Associate General Counsel within the same firm. Prior to this, Keely worked at CIT as Director, Assistant General Counsel from June 2018 to October 2020. Keely's earlier career includes a role as Corporate Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from June 2015 to May 2018 and as an Associate in Bankruptcy and Finance at Fried Frank from November 2012 to June 2015. Keely holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Central Florida.
