Helen Ottaway

Helen Ottaway is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Previous positions include GM People - Technology & Operations at Bank of New Zealand, where Helen led multiple teams and served as Interim Head of Reward, and Senior HR Manager at Burberry, acting as a global HR Business Partner. Helen's career also includes significant roles at GfK, Anglo American, Barclays, and British Petroleum, showcasing expertise in talent management, organizational change, and HR integration.
