Richard Saletta

A resident of Newcastle, Richard Saletta is a licensed clinical social worker and marriage and family therapist; a past federal court Special Master who oversaw statewide class-action mental health and foster care lawsuits; and a retired chief and co-developer of Placer County’s integrated system of care.

Richard graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and Education from Oregon State University, and he received a Masters degree in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento.
