James Witkin

James Witkin is the Head of Business Operations at Plaid since January 2020, bringing extensive experience in strategic management and consulting. Prior to Plaid, James Witkin worked at Bain & Company from 2015 to 2019, serving as Manager, Case Team Leader, and Consultant. James Witkin also held the role of Summer Associate at Bain & Company in 2014. Before this, James Witkin was the VP of Research at HomeLPC, where involvement included transforming a business plan into a functioning organization in the residential real estate sector. As Research Manager at Columbia Business School’s Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate, James Witkin contributed to thought leadership and co-authored influential papers on housing policies. Earlier in the career, James Witkin worked as an Analyst at Capital Good Fund and as a Project Manager in the Brown University Economics Department. James Witkin holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Brown University.
