Leah Karlins

Leah Karlins is an experienced product leader with a robust background in driving innovation and revenue growth across fintech and B2B sectors. Currently serving as Product Lead at Plaid since November 2021, Leah focuses on developing products that assist lenders in qualifying borrowers through cash flow underwriting. Prior to Plaid, Leah was the Lead Product Manager at Glassdoor, where responsibilities included managing a team to enhance employer engagement and attract talent. Previous roles at LinkedIn included Senior Product Manager and Sales Strategy MBA Intern, alongside consultancy work at The Bridgespan Group, which provided strategic support to philanthropies and nonprofits.
