Salil Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and go-to-market strategies across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as the Head of GTM at Plaid, Salil leads product strategy and partnership ecosystems. Previously, at Meta, Salil held key roles including Director of GTM & Strategy and Director of Business Development, focusing on commercialization of products and developing innovative partnership models within the FinTech space. Additional experiences include leadership positions at Pinterest, Google, and Tapjoy, where Salil drove strategic partnerships and product initiatives. Salil began a career in private equity and investment banking at Babcock & Brown LP and Credit Suisse, respectively. Salil holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Southern California.
