Lisa Kozokowsky

Lisa Kozokowsky, CCMP (candidate) Prosci®, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational change management (OCM) and communications. Currently serving as a Specialist in the OCM Center of Excellence at Plains Midstream Canada since November 2022, Lisa demonstrates a deep expertise in information systems and OCM strategies. Previous roles include OCM Lead at Shaw Communications, where a comprehensive OCM strategy and training plan were developed, and owner of Onda Systems Inc., specializing in change management and corporate communications. Additional experience includes senior roles in communication strategy and instructional design across various industries, including IT service management at Nutrien and End User Experience at WestJet. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications Information Design from Mount Royal University and is pursuing a certificate in Adult Learning and Development.
