Natalie de Rose Kosior

Natalie De Rose Kosior, CHRL, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Plan Group Inc. since May 2019, Natalie oversees the entire employee life cycle, engages in organizational design, and supports employee development. Prior to this role, Natalie worked at Crosslinx Transit Solutions as an HR Generalist and Coordinator, focusing on employee relations, training administration, and HR metrics. Additional experience includes HR roles at Giffin Koerth Forensic Engineering, MDA, and Aerotek, where responsibilities ranged from HR administration to recruitment across various sectors. Natalie holds a BA in Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Niagara College.
