Emmanuel Ihim

Emmanuel Ihim is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in both operational and strategic roles. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Plan International since April 2022, Emmanuel leads the management of recruitment activities, focusing on key international and grant-related positions. Previously, as the Regional Human Resources Officer for Africa at Christian Aid, responsibilities included enhancing operational performance through effective HR support. Emmanuel's experience also encompasses roles at Mercy Corps, Emerging Platforms Ltd, and Insiteful Solutions, where skills in talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development were honed. Emmanuel began a professional journey as a Human Resources Intern and served as a Personal Assistant at the ECOWAS Commission. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Law and Diplomacy from Babcock University.
