Nicolas Neubauer

Nicolas Neubauer is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Planet since August 2022. Prior to this role, Nicolas held several positions at HERE Technologies from January 2013 to May 2022, including Senior Software Engineering Manager, where leadership of tech incubation and pre-sales engineering for HERE Fleet Management took place, as well as significant contributions to a COVID-19 response initiative. As R&D Manager, Nicolas was instrumental in transforming an internal tool into HERE Data Lens, a cloud-based solution for visualizing large geographic data, while also scaling teams and collaborating with product management. Earlier roles included Senior Data Scientist & Architect at HERE, and Senior Software Engineer at Nokia, focusing on analytics tools for data asset inspection.
