Rovina Gill

Rovina Gill is an experienced professional in the fields of recruitment, people management, and media. Currently serving as a Recruiter at PlanRadar since May 2024, Rovina focuses on enhancing efficiency in construction and real estate projects through digital solutions. Prior to this role, Rovina was the People & Culture Manager at Storebox from May 2022 to May 2024, responsible for developing employer branding strategies, managing recruitment, and improving employee experience. Rovina's career began at Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland, where roles included Editor and Reporter from September 2019 to May 2022, with earlier experience as an intern in the same organization and at Radio Hamburg in 2017.
