Armetha Pihlstrom is the Owner, Founder, and CEO of PCG-Pihlstrom Consulting Group, LLC, established in October 2017, focusing on new business development and market expansion, as well as sales management and high-performance strategy consulting. Currently serving on the Advisory Board for Plant-Based World Expo North America and has held various leadership positions, including Chief Sales Officer at Great American Plant Co. and advisory roles at Greener by Default and Atlas Monroe. Pihlstrom has significant experience in the plant-based food sector, having worked as National Account Manager at Impossible Foods and Senior Director of U.S. and Canada Foodservice Sales at Future Farm. With an academic background in Human Resources Development and Organizational Change Management from the University of Minnesota, Armetha Pihlstrom has a robust foundation to support expertise in the foodservice industry and organizational leadership.
