Stacey Mansker-Young M.Ed, PMP, CGCIO, CP is an accomplished information technology executive and principal at Plante Moran since August 2021. With a robust background in public sector IT leadership, Stacey served as Deputy CIO and Senior Project Manager/Assistant Chief Information Officer for the City of Chicago from October 1999 to October 2021. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from National Louis University.
