Katharine Chajka

Katharine Chajka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, Agile coaching, and project leadership. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager for VSM Methodology at Planview, Inc. since July 2022, Katharine also operates Chajka Enterprises, LLC, established in September 2016. Prior roles include Principal Flow Advisor at Tasktop, where expertise in Value Stream Management and Agile transformations was honed, and Enterprise Business Agility Coach at TIAA. Additional experience encompasses Scrum Master positions and project management at various organizations, including Envisage Information Systems and Lockheed Martin, where substantial accomplishments in software engineering were attained. Katharine holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from National Technological University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and French from the State University of New York at Oswego.
