Established nearly three decades ago, Plasco Limited is has evolved into manufacturing High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes, Unplasticised Polyvinyl-chloride (uPVC) pipes and related fittings and most recently, Weholite HDPE structured wall pipes and systems for use as culverts,  surface water drainage and stormwater management applications, which among other products include Weholite culverts for roads/rail & storm water management in Tanzania and the East African region.

Plasco Limited manufactures Weholite, under license from Uponor Infra Oy of Finland, using state of the art production technology. The products, available up to 2200mm diameter are proven as sustainable solutions,  with a service life of over 100 years and are suitable for many municipal and industrial applications.
