Yana Levin

Yana Levin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and finance law. Currently serving as Interim Legal Counsel at Prothya Biosolutions since November 2024 and operating Levin Legal Services as an Independent Senior Lawyer since May 2022, Yana has provided high-quality legal support across various roles, including Interim Group Senior Legal Counsel at Kinly and General Counsel a.i. at Titan. Previous positions include Interim Legal Counsel at Ahold Delhaize and Rabobank, as well as Head of Legal Affairs at LUKOIL, overseeing legal matters in the Netherlands.
