Laura Nova possesses extensive experience in customer success, marketing, and translation. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Key Account Manager at Platinium Group SAM since October 2022, Laura has also maintained a freelance role as a SEO translator for LG STUDIO since January 2016. Previous roles include Back-Office Export and Marketing positions at Grin s.r.l. from January 2020 to October 2022, and a Business Developer Junior at NIVELY Sas from September 2018 to August 2019.
