Justin Pietras

Justin Pietras is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and flight instruction. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Operations at Plative since September 2017, Justin oversees the delivery of internal systems solutions and manages an operations team. Previous roles at Plative include Delivery Manager and Salesforce Consultant, where Justin adeptly managed project stakeholders and maintained client relationships. Additionally, Justin has a robust background in aviation, having worked as a Flight Instructor for multiple institutions and managing operations at Radchem Products, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing customer service and transportation functions. Justin holds a B.S. in Aviation Administration from Lewis University and has pursued further education at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
