Mr. Chibib has served as a member of the board of the Company Since February 2018. Mr. Chibib's career has included successtul companies ranging Trom eary-stage start-upsto DIulon-dollar puDic companies ana nas spanned numerous inaustries inctuaing telecom sortware, Security nardware, financial services and gaming. Adam Chibib was most recently President and Chier FinancialOTicer FO) of Multimedia Games, where he was part ot a turn-aroung team that helped double revenues, triple profitability, and increase the market capitalization from S4T million to over $i billion. Multimedia Games was acquired in December of 2014 for S1.2 billion by Global cash Access. Mr. Chibib also served as founder and CFO of BroadJump lacquired by Motive), CFO of Waveset (acquired by Sun Miscrosystems), CFO of TippingPoint Technologies (acquired by 3Com), CFO of NetSpend, and as the Worldwide Controller of Tivoli Systems. He was named CFO of the year for the public company category by the Austin Business Journal in 2013 and won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2002. Mr. Chibib is a graduate of the University of Texas.
