Mathys van Abbe

Mathys van Abbe is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder at Playbook since November 2023, with extensive experience in founding and mentoring startups. Mathys founded Mobypicture in January 2004, creating a platform for real-time sharing of multimedia content across various social networks, launching Tag The Love in December 2012 to enhance online conversations. Other ventures include Kinder, aimed at innovating charity donations, and Týrsday, which focuses on branding and online storytelling. Mathys has contributed as a mentor at Startupbootcamp and Rockstart, providing support and expertise to emerging startups. Earlier accomplishments include founding Startpix.com, Toading BV, and Telgo, as well as a strong educational background with studies at Leiden University.
