Lisa McCoy

Lisa McCoy is a seasoned professional in athlete safety and risk management, currently serving as the Director of Athlete Safety Advisory at Players Health since December 2021, where expertise involves policy compliance and implementation. Prior to this role, Lisa held various positions at USA Field Hockey from October 2014 to December 2021, including Director of Nexus & International Events, overseeing Olympic development programs and international competitions for the Women's National Team. In earlier career experiences, Lisa operated as a Regional Development Manager for Futures in Pennsylvania and as President/Owner of Comfort Keepers, a non-medical in-home care company, from March 2002 to 2012. Lisa is educated from Lancaster General School of Nursing & Health Sciences.
