Alexis Hood

Alexis Hood is an experienced media professional currently serving as an Executive Producer at Playground Entertainment since May 2024. Previously, Alexis worked as a Narrative Advisor at Andart Global from March 2021 to August 2024 and as a Story Producer for the eight-part drama series A GENTLEMAN IN MOSCOW during tenure at Entertainment One from October 2021 to July 2023. Freelance experience from April 2019 to December 2021 includes script consultancy for various organizations and storytelling roles on notable projects such as DOMINA Series 2 and THE GREAT POST OFFICE TRIAL. Alexis also held positions at The Ink Factory, AbbottVision, World Productions LTD, and Fifty Fathoms Productions, contributing to critically acclaimed dramas and films. Academically, Alexis earned a Master’s Degree in English from the University of Cambridge and a PgDip in Journalism from City, University of London.
