Charmaine Torma

Charmaine Torma is an experienced professional in the field of development and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as the Development Director at Playworks, Charmaine also holds the position of President and Founder at Charmaine Torma Consulting. Previously, Charmaine served as the Executive Director of the Elkhart Education Foundation and held multiple roles, including Vice President of Development and Director of Development at SMASH. Charmaine has also been the Executive Producer for the Safe Skies For All Documentary. Educationally, Charmaine is pursuing further studies at Upper Iowa University and holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology from Saint Mary's College.
