Jimena Morgade

Jimena Morgade is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in creative leadership and service design. Currently serving as Director de Diseño at Plenna since October 2022, Jimena specializes in service design, design thinking, and project development from conceptualization to final production. Previous roles include Director de Diseño at salauno, where project briefing and design research were key responsibilities, and Directora Creativa at Havas, overseeing art direction for major campaigns for prominent brands such as Sephora and L’oréal. Jimena's career also includes freelance work in visual communication and art direction for a variety of clients, as well as positions at Olabuenaga Chemistri, DDB Mexico, and Young & Rubicam. Jimena holds a certificate from Activate obtained in 2016.
