Susan Oliver

Susan Oliver is an experienced construction and project management professional with a robust background in various sectors, including real estate development and urban planning. Currently serving as Director of Construction at Plenty® since May 2021, Susan has previously held multiple senior roles at Gardiner & Theobald Inc. and Ædifica, leading significant projects and managing architecture teams across North America. A brief sabbatical from May 2019 to April 2021 allowed Susan to explore new industries and deepen knowledge in agile management and controlled environment agriculture, while also engaging in pro bono work with nonprofits. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from McGill University and additional studies in social sciences and natural resource management.
