Michelle Young has over a decade of experience in technical writing and quality assurance. Currently employed at PLEXSYS Interface Products, Inc. since January 2018, Michelle has held various roles including Technical Writer, Junior Technical Writer, and QA Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Software QA Analyst at GoSection8.com from August 2016 to December 2017, and serving as a Web QA Analyst at MotionPoint from 2013 to July 2016. Michelle's career began at State Farm Insurance, where a role in Customer Service/Sales was held from August 2008 to January 2013. Michelle holds an Associate’s Degree in Internet Services Technology from Broward College, completed between 2010 and 2016.
