Jeremy Voorhees has been working in the customer service industry for over three years. Jeremy began their career as a VoIP Tech Support agent with Nextiva, where they quickly became the fastest certified agent in the company. Jeremy then moved into the role of Training Specialist, where they were responsible for training and managing a team of over 100 customer service agents. In this role, Jeremy created and implemented training materials from scratch, including agendas, tests, powerpoints, posters, and games. Jeremy also assisted with Knowledge Base upkeep and received multiple notes of thanks for raising morale among their coworkers. In January 2017, Jeremy joined Plexus Technology Solutions as an Advisor. In this role, they provide support and training to customers on the use of various software products.
Jeremy Voorhees has a Master of Science in Cyber Security and Information Assurance from Western Governors University. Jeremy also has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Western Governors University. Jeremy is certified by the EC-Council as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and by CompTIA as a CompTIA Security+ and Comptia A+ certified professional.
