Karen Rapp

Karen Rapp is the current director at Plexus. Karen has over fifteen years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including previous positions as vice president and chief information officer at Freescale Semiconductor and senior vice president of corporate development at NXP Semiconductors. Rapp was responsible for leading the integration management office during the merger of NXP and Freescale, which created the ninth largest technology company in the world. Karen also drove cultural alignment by communicating a vision of the future to employees and helping them to understand how to work within the new company culture. In their role as vice president and chief information officer at Freescale, Rapp was responsible for developing and implementing the company's information strategy. Karen also managed a team of over 200 IT professionals and helped to streamline the company's IT operations.

Karen Rapp has a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. Karen is also a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
