Omid Beiki

Omid Beiki is a seasoned professional in epidemiology and health informatics, currently serving as a Senior Epidemiologist and Deputy General Manager at Cognizant since February 2016. Concurrently, Omid Beiki holds the position of Epidemiologist on secondment at Novartis and serves as an Academic Editor for PLOS ONE. An affiliated research scientist at Karolinska Institutet since January 2012, Omid Beiki has previously contributed as Editor for the Journal of Injury and Violence Research and held editorial leadership roles at Basic & Clinical Cancer Research. Omid Beiki has also taught Chronic Disease Epidemiology as an adjunct professor and has extensive educational credentials including an MD from Yazd University of Medical Sciences and a PhD in Epidemiology from Karolinska Institutet.
