Livia Monica

Livia Monica is a skilled Product Copywriter and UX Writer currently working at Pluang since November 2024. Previously, Livia held the position of UX Writer at JULO from October 2023 to November 2024, where efforts included improving the UX Writing Glossary and crafting copy for various communication channels. Livia also served as a UX Writer at Shipper from February 2022 to October 2023, collaborating with cross-functional teams and evaluating copy based on user testing findings.
