Rayan Alghusoon

Rayan AlGhusoon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation consulting and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Consultant at HUED since November 2022, Rayan is also the Founder and CEO of Fhamtk, an AI chatbot that enhances productivity, and charma, a startup focused on self-development and psychometric tools. Rayan has held the position of Certified Practitioner at The Myers-Briggs Company since April 2018, delivering insights on personality types. Previously, Rayan managed projects for the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia, leading initiatives to improve the judiciary's quality and digital transformation. Rayan has a background in industrial engineering, holding a Bachelor's degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and further education from The University of Dallas. Early career roles include industrial engineering positions at Saudi Ceramics and the National Company for Mechanical Systems, as well as experience as a Co-op Trainee at SABIC.
