Mary Duboyce

Mary DuBoyce is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Sr. HR Field Partner at Plug Power since October 2022, Mary has previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at International Aerospace Coatings from October 2017 to September 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Munch's Supply, LLC, from June 2015 to March 2016, and VP of Human Resources at American Enterprise Bank from December 2013 to June 2015. Mary's career began as a Human Resources Business Partner at IRI, where Mary worked from January 2005 to February 2012.
