Xenia Antipova

Xenia Antipova serves as the Head of Product at Plugsurfing since August 2023 and is a member of the diverse community 2hearts, focusing on immigration backgrounds in Europe’s tech scene. Xenia previously held the position of Director Product at upmin and was an Associate Director and Digital Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where expertise in venture building for Fortune 500 companies was demonstrated through quantitative market research and user prototype testing. Xenia co-founded careerseal, winning a Bavarian startup competition, and has a rich background in product management, including leadership roles at Heatware and athenahealth. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, along with coursework in Urban Planning & Mobility at Harvard University.
