Matthew Ruth

Matthew Ruth is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on electrical and harness design across various industries. Currently serving as a Harness Design Engineer at Plus since November 2022, Matthew develops high-level system architecture diagrams and wire harness formboards using Zuken E3. Prior experience includes working at GILLIG as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer and Powertrain Systems Engineer, where responsibilities involved integrating complex electrical systems in various bus types and collaborating with suppliers on powertrain designs. Matthew's career also spans roles at Voith Turbo as an Application Engineer, providing technical support to transit authorities, and earlier positions at Harley Davidson Motor Company and Wagman Metal Products, which involved assembly and quality assurance tasks. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University.
