Simon Hallett

Simon Hallett is an experienced executive and board member with a diverse background in investment management and sports administration. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Alliance for Decision Education since May 2023, Simon has held various leadership roles at Harding Loevner LP since January 1991, including Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee and Co-Chief Investment Officer. In the sports sector, Simon has been the Chairman of Plymouth Argyle Football Club since November 2019, following a previous tenure in the same role from October 2019 to July 2023. Additionally, Simon served as a National Board Member and Treasurer for Learning Ally from 2009 to 2012. Simon holds a BA in Philosophy Politics from the University of Oxford, where studies spanned from 1974 to 1977, and attended Plymouth College from September 1966 to December 1973.
