Andy Lehmann is a Culinary Instructor at Plymouth-Canton Community Schools since August 2023, with a longstanding career in culinary education and catering. As the owner of Trifecta Culinary Catering since June 2006, Andy has also held various instructional roles, including Lead Instructor at Lenawee Intermediate School District from August 2021 to August 2023 and Instructor at Washtenaw Community College from December 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included enhancing student knowledge in sanitation, menu planning, and restaurant service. Prior experience includes serving as Chef Assistant for the Southwestern Washtenaw Consortium from December 2017 to December 2019 and Executive Chef for Livonia Public Schools from September 2013 to November 2017, focusing on preparing high school students for careers in the culinary field. Andy holds an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Schoolcraft College and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Augustana College.
