Brian Hernandez

Brian Hernandez has extensive experience in the pizza industry, having worked with PMQ Pizza Magazine since September 2011 in various roles, including Test Chef, US Pizza Team Director, and Video Personality. Responsibilities include managing the US Pizza Team, testing recipes and products, and creating engaging video content for Pizza TV. Additionally, Brian coordinates office operations and organizes trade shows and appearances for PMQ and the US Pizza Team. Prior to this, Brian served as General Manager at Pizza X in Bloomington, Indiana, from August 2004 to September 2011. Education was completed at Harrison High School.
