Susan Holt

Susan Holt is an experienced professional in both real estate and education. Since June 2011, Susan has been a Real Estate Agent at PMZ Real Estate, specializing in assisting clients throughout all phases of real estate transactions in the Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy, Ripon, and Stockton areas. Prior to this, Susan served as a Teacher in the Fremont School District from June 2006 to June 2011, collaborating with fellow educators to enhance curriculum delivery for third-grade students. Prior teaching experience includes a tenure at Durham Elementary School from June 1989 to May 2006, where Susan focused on improving literacy skills and fostering a positive learning environment. Susan holds a Master’s degree in Business and Education Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with Distinction, both from San José State University.
