The Facilities and Event Operations team at PNC Arena is responsible for ensuring smooth transitions between events, coordinating parking and traffic flow, maintaining safety and security, and providing essential services to enhance guest experiences. This includes managing event changeovers, overseeing security protocols, and maintaining the arena’s ice surface for hockey games, all to ensure that each event runs efficiently and safely.
