Hugo Verheul

Hugo Verheul is an experienced professional in the field of public management, currently serving as a Beleidsadviseur Goed Bestuur at PO-Raad since October 2018. Prior to this role, Hugo held the position of Directeur Onderwijsinstituut at the University of Groningen from June 2016 to June 2018 and served as Lector Thorbecke Academie at NHL Hogeschool from May 2012 to May 2016. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Public Management from Delft University of Technology (1995 - 1999) and an MSc in Science and Technology Studies from the University of Twente (1986 - 1993).
