Lucy Asquith

Lucy is a public sector management consultant. She has spent more than 20 years working with charities, housing associations, local government, central government and the NHS. She focuses on health, social care, wellbeing and community engagement agendas. Her expertise includes strategy, performance improvement, and mixed method social research.

Lucy is particularly interested in how organisations work, and their varied responses to the complex policy and financial landscape in which public services operate. She is motivated by helping organisations find and maintain the “sweet spot” which ensures they can put those they serve at the heart of their work, make the welfare of staff a high priority, maintain a strong strategic presence and deliver financial sustainability.
