Swati Pincha

Swati Pincha currently serves as Vice President of India content at Pocket FM, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Swati was Head of Growth at CoinSwitch from September 2020 to June 2024 and Sr Manager of Expansion & Strategy at Bounce from December 2019 to September 2020, where growth strategies were developed for peer-to-peer carpooling and long-term rentals. Swati also held the title of General Manager at Livspace.com, successfully scaling the Pune operations significantly within a few months. Previous experience includes roles such as Project Management Officer at AB InBev India, Manager at EnergyWorks, Area Sales Manager and Engineer at Caterpillar Inc., and Management Trainee at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. Swati holds an MBA in Operations & Marketing from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
