Krista Caldwell

Krista Caldwell is an accomplished professional in strategy and business operations, currently serving in this capacity at PocketHealth since August 2024. Prior to this role, Krista was a Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations and General Manager for Marketplace Operations at ResQ, overseeing market P&L, forecasting, and strategy across six Market Operations teams. As a co-founder of Mindle.ai, Krista led operations and managed client relationships, while also spearheading strategic initiatives as the co-founder of Deepnify, which developed AI-based forecasting software. Krista's extensive experience includes roles at Predictable Revenue™ Inc. and Tulip Retail, where significant achievements included launching successful client campaigns and constructing substantial sales pipelines.
