Paul Alleyne

Paul Alleyne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support, technical training, and operations within the software and entertainment industries. Since July 2020, Paul has held multiple roles at Point of Rental Software, including Customer Experience Operations Specialist, Salesforce Administrator, and Learning & Development Technical Trainer. Prior to this, Paul served as Audio Visual Technician Lead at Ultimate Outdoor Entertainment, and as Senior Product Support Specialist and Project Coordinator at Henry Schein One, where technical support and problem-solving for application software were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes working at iHeartMedia as an On Air Personality/Music Director and serving as an Emergency Response Specialist at Sirius XM Radio. Paul began a career in communication as a Global Switchboard Operator and Mail Clerk at Sally Beauty. Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.
