Jada Rupley is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at PointNorth since September 2021, Rupley previously held the position of Superintendent at Clackamas Education Service District from July 2016 to July 2021. As the first Director of the Oregon Early Learning System from August 2012 to August 2014, Rupley implemented significant legislative changes to enhance early childhood education. Rupley worked as Associate Superintendent of Teaching & Learning at ESD 112 from September 1979 to June 2012, focusing on statewide educational initiatives and supporting 100,000 students across multiple districts. Rupley also served as a Trustee at Clark College from 2010 to 2018 and has held various positions related to special education leadership. Rupley earned a BA in Education Psychology from Central Washington University and an M Ed in Education Administration from Seattle Pacific University.
