Raquel Buari

Raquel Buari, Esq., CCEP, serves as the Executive Vice President of Administration at Four Winds Casinos since May 2009, with a progressive career encompassing roles such as Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Compliance, Vice President of Compliance, Director of Legal Affairs, and Director of Compliance. Responsibilities include contract review, compliance, legal research, legal drafting, commission correspondence, and audit responses. Raquel began legal training as a Legal Affairs Intern at Four Winds Casinos in 2008. Raquel holds a Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law (2013) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from Ball State University (2009).
